Security

To ensure the highest standards of security, the ordering system used by Touched By encrypts information using the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). When you shop with us or communicate your personal details to our payment system which then talks to our merchant provider, SSL allows all personal information, such as your credit card number, to be encrypted as it travels from one designated place to the next. Once received, the information is unencrypted and processed in the same way as a credit card transaction placed via the telephone. At no time is your credit card number stored on our website or in our online database.


Shipping

When you first go on to our site make sure you select the correct region for where you would like your order delivered.
We deliver to most countries, however, local import duties and additional charges may be payable on receipt. For orders placed outside the UK and US, please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities
Average shipping times is 2 weeks but could vary depending on customs and location to where the product is shipped.
If a product has been more popular than expected and it’s backordered we will let you know by mail the estimated delivery time and you will have the choice of keeping the order or canceling it.
If you are out when your product was delivered the courier will re-attempt to deliver and/or contact you. This is a signed for service so a parcel will not be left without a signature. If for any reason your parcel is undeliverable it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be liable for the return cost and any additional postage.


Prices and payments

Prices do not include taxes and shipping costs and they vary per territory. Taxes (if applicable) and shipping costs will be added at the time of the invoice as separate items.
We accept PayPal WW and American Express, Visa and Mastercard also in the USA.
The payment will be processed at the time that the order is being placed.
You will receive an order confirmation to your email address showing receipt of your purchases. This note acknowledges that your order has been received but does not confirm acceptance of the order. Acceptance will take place upon dispatch subject to stock availability.


Returns

We will offer a refund on any unworn/unused goods within 28 days of dispatch. Worn products will be accepted only in the case of a quality problem.
If you need to do a return please send an email to info@touched-by.com with details (order number, item, amount and reason for return). You will receive an email confirmation with instructions on where to ship the product.
Once we provide the return address we recommend that your parcel is sent back via a trackable and insured postal service, as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items before they reach our warehouse.
We will reimburse the postage paid when returning faulty/incorrect items only. This will be the postage the cost of returning the item to us. In this case you could choose for a product replacement/exchange or to get your money back. If you require an exchange due to quality issues on any item we will send this out with no additional.
Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. We will refund payments back onto the original card used only. You will be then sent a confirmation email. Please note that when we have refunded your card your account will be credited according to your banks processing times.


Privacy policy

We use the personal information we collect from you to deliver the products that you have ordered, to contact you in the event of order or delivery difficulties, for verification purposes, to respond to your inquiries. We only share your information with third parties involved in the product buying process such as payment processing companies and shipping companies.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
